Please read this before using the Decoder. By using this tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Decoder.

1. What the Decoder is

The Wide Awake Women Decoder is an AI-powered pattern recognition tool designed to help you identify common communication dynamics and relationship patterns in situations you describe. It is an educational and informational tool only.

The Decoder is not:

A licensed mental health service, therapy, counseling, or clinical assessment
A substitute for professional psychological, legal, or medical advice
A diagnostic tool for any mental health condition
A crisis intervention service
A legal resource or evidence-gathering tool

2. Not a licensed therapist or counselor

Misha Gregg and Wide Awake Women are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, or medical professionals. The Decoder does not create a therapist-client relationship of any kind.

The output of the Decoder reflects AI-generated pattern analysis based on the content you submit. It is not a professional clinical opinion. Always consult a licensed mental health professional for mental health concerns, trauma, or crisis situations.

3. Your privacy and what we don't store

We take your privacy seriously. The Decoder is designed with privacy by default:

Your input is processed in real time and is not stored, logged, or retained by Wide Awake Women
No conversation history is saved between sessions
We do not sell, share, or use your submissions for any purpose other than generating your immediate result
API requests are processed through Anthropic's API under their enterprise data use policy, which prohibits using API inputs for model training

4. Protect your own privacy — do not enter real names

To protect yourself and others, please follow these guidelines when using the Decoder:

Do not enter real full names of yourself or anyone else — use initials, pronouns, or relationship descriptors (e.g. "he," "my partner," "my friend") instead
Do not enter identifying information such as addresses, phone numbers, workplace names, or other details that could identify you or another person
Do not enter information that is confidential, legally sensitive, or subject to a non-disclosure agreement
Do not submit content that could be used to harm, harass, or stalk another individual

Wide Awake Women is not responsible for any consequences arising from information you choose to submit.

5. No relationship advice — your decisions are yours

The Decoder identifies patterns. It does not tell you what to do, whether to stay or leave a relationship, or what decisions to make. All decisions you make based on the Decoder's output are entirely your own responsibility.

Wide Awake Women expressly disclaims any liability for decisions made in reliance on the Decoder's output.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wide Awake Women, Indigo Rising, and Misha Gregg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Decoder, including but not limited to relationship decisions, emotional distress, or any other outcomes.

The Decoder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Intellectual property

The Wide Awake Women Decoder, its branding, system design, prompts, and methodology are the intellectual property of Misha Gregg / Indigo Rising. Unauthorized reproduction, reselling, or reverse engineering of this tool is prohibited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Decoder after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
